The company was established on January 16, 2012, and its predecessor was the state-owned enterprise Anshan Thermal Engineering, founded in the 1960s. With over 60 years of valve manufacturing history, it is the birthplace of China’s first control valve. The company specializes in the production of instrument control valves and general-purpose valves. It is now located in the Vocational Education City of the Tiexi Economic Development Zone in Anshan.

The company’s products are widely used in the automation control systems of industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, power plants, textiles, and urban construction.
The company specializes in the manufacturing of: pneumatic and electric single-seat, sleeve control valves, and shut-off valves; oxygen and nitrogen quick shut-off valves; self-operated pressure, temperature, and flow control valves; control butterfly valves and triple-offset shut-off butterfly valves; V-port control ball valves; full-port ball valves; general-purpose valves including gate, globe, check, blind, and slide gate valves; explosion-proof electric actuators (both intelligent intrusive and non-intrusive types); standard mechanical and intelligent valve positioners; and accessories such as air filter pressure reducing valves, with an annual production capacity of 10,000 units.
The company provides turnkey solutions for metallurgical equipment including converter valve stations, oxygen lances, and oxygen lance lifting/traversing systems. It has delivered top-blowing valve station projects for converters ranging from 210-ton, 100-ton, to 80-ton capacities.
